Let's Walk the Edges Together

Is an Expat Orientation Session for you?

Whether you’re an expat, immigrant, TCK, or somewhere in between — you’re often carrying something you can’t name.

You don’t have to keep carrying all of it alone or wondering whether you’re “overreacting” — we’ll sort through what belongs to the context and what belongs to you, at a pace your system can handle, drawing on what’s emerging from my ongoing research into long‑term life abroad.

If something you’ve read here has named something you’ve been carrying, I offer three one-to-one Expat Orientation Sessions each month.

This is a 60‑minute paid conversation focused on helping you make sense of what’s happening in your life abroad. It’s a structured, gently-paced space to notice what your nervous system is carrying, and how long‑term expatriation or migration may be shaping your inner experience.

What you get:

  • Language for experiences that often go unnamed in long-term expat life

  • Greater clarity around what’s contextual versus what’s personal

  • Orientation around what kinds of support (if any) might be a useful next step

  • Optional 1-page written summary of themes discussed

  • A bit more room inside yourself — even if nothing outside you changes immediately

This might be for you if you’ve been telling yourself “I should be fine by now” — but still feel disconnected or flat, and want to make sense of it without forcing another adaptation.

Format: 60-minute Zoom · 75€ · one session, with the option to book again if helpful.

Not appropriate for crisis support, trauma processing, or active mental health crises. Referrals available if needed.
